Violations
Any act, or concealment of acts, of fraud, corruption, collusion, coercion, unlawful conduct, misconduct, financial mismanagement, accounting irregularities, conflict of interest, wrongful conduct, illegal or unethical practices or other violations of any applicable laws and instructions.

- Violations related to environment, health and safety within the scope of work
